Pronouns: She/Her

Registered Psychologist. AHPRA: PSY0002034644

I have worked across the human services field for more than 15 years, providing mental health support to young people, adults, and families in both inpatient and community settings.

My psychology practice focuses on treating trauma and addiction. I am also experienced in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other commonly occurring mental health concerns.

I work with individuals and also with the families and friends of people experiencing mental health difficulties. I aim to expand their understanding, build resilience during recovery and support healthier relationships.

I am an AHPRA-registered psychologist and STAP credentialed supervisor, supporting the professional growth of early-career psychologists. My practice is evidence-based and informed by the latest research in mental health neuroscience. I have a particular interest in integrating emerging neuroscience informed and medication assisted therapies into psychological practice, including psychedelic assisted therapies and the Brunet Method of Reconsolidation Therapy.

My primary therapeutic modalities include:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) + Radically Open DBT (RoDBT)

  • COPMI Family Focus approach

  • Brunet Method of Reconsolidation Therapy
