Tegan Gledhill

Pronouns: She/Her

Registered Psychologist. AHPRA: PSY0002034644

I have worked across the field of human services for more than 15 years, providing services to young people, adults, and families in both inpatient and community settings.

My special interests are in complex trauma and addiction. I am also experienced in providing therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other commonly occurring mental health issues.

I work not only with individuals but also with families (including children) and friends of people with mental health difficulties, helping them to improve their understanding of mental illness, increase wellbeing and resilience, and strengthen relationships.

I am an AHPRA-registered psychologist and a Board-approved Supervisor, supporting the professional growth of early-career psychologists. My practice is evidence-based and informed by the latest research in mental health neuroscience.

My primary therapeutic modalities include:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • COPMI “Family Focus” approach

  • Brunet Method of Reconsolidation Therapy
