Tegan Gledhill

I have worked across the field of human services for more than 15 years, providing services to young people, adults and families, in inpatient and community settings.

My special interests are in complex trauma, borderline personality disorder and addiction. I’m also experienced providing therapy for anxiety, depression, grief and loss and other commonly occurring mental health issues.

I also work with family (including children) and friends of people with mental health difficulties, to improve their understanding of mental illness, increase wellbeing, resilience and relationships.

My primary therapeutic modalities include:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and

  • COPMI “Family Focus” approach

Annika (Lamb) Saunders

Lamb is a dedicated Peer Worker who brings a unique blend of personal experience, professional training, and genuine compassion to the field of mental health.

Peer workers empower individuals by focusing on their strengths and potential rather than their limitations. Lamb encourages self-advocacy and personal-development, helping people to build trust and confidence in their ability to manage their recovery and navigate life's ups and downs. Lamb is a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and wellbeing, and is a proud Bigambul Gamilaroi (First Nations) person, with a personal focus on decolonising the mental health field and understanding the spiritual alongside the scientific. Lamb is passionate about providing safe and understanding spaces for clients to explore their identities and perspectives, overcome challenges, and build resilience within their spirit and for their communities.
