Fees

The fee for an individual Standard Session is $195.

You can claim back a Medicare rebate of $93.35 for up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year with a current Mental Health Care Plan. At the time of your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. Your Medicare rebate can then be claimed and Medicare will deposit the rebate into your nominated bank account.

There are no out of pocket costs for Bulk Billed Sessions. Only available to clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan and QLD Health Care Card. Tegan sees a capped number of concessioner clients and is currently at capacity.

There are no out of pocket costs for DVA Sessions and the cost of therapy sessions follow the DVA price guide. Available to clients with a DVA referral from a GP.

There are no out of pocket costs for NDIS Sessions and the cost of therapy sessions follow the NDIS price guide. Available to clients with appropriate NDIS funding.

If you have private health insurance then you might be entitled to a rebate. Each fund and level of cover is different, so it is worth checking with your fund to see what your entitlements are.

Cancellation Fee

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $30 cancellation fee.

Repeated no shows / repeated cancellations without 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.

Please understand, your counsellor has planned for your session and arranged their schedule around you. There are usually people on the waitlist who are keen to attend if sufficient notice is provided.
